While creating our menu we put a strong emphasis on the following. Use the freshest ingredients and prepare them the simplest of ways. By following this we are able to create some of our best dishes. With this in mind, we have created a menu that welcomes everyone. Hence we proudly offer a wide range of menu options accommodating many dietary needs. That being said we have menu items ranging from organic vegan products to halal beef. Additionally, we also have Gluten-free and Kosher menu options as well. Unsure or have a special request? Detroit-style pizza is a rectangular pizza with a thick crust that is crispy and chewy. This style of pizza is often baked in rectangular steel trays designed for use as automotive drip pans or to hold small industrial parts in factories.
